How it works
1. PayCheckout is handled by Stripe. We never see your card number.
2. Fill in the leaseLandlord, tenant, address, rent, deposit, and term. Or fill it at random and edit.
3. DownloadThe PDF is ready immediately and stays available for 30 days. After that it is deleted.
Signing the lease. To sign electronically, open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat, and set your computer's date to the date of the lease first so the signature carries that date. Then send the signed file to the landlord. Or print the lease, sign it by hand, scan it, and give that to the landlord.
A finished lease is kept for 30 days, then deleted. Save your copy. Your Stripe receipt number finds it again during those 30 days.
