This page says what Leaseform keeps, for how long, and who else sees it.
The contents of the lease you generate: names, addresses, email, phone number, rent, and deposit. We also keep the Stripe Checkout session identifier and the payment intent number, which is the order number on your receipt. We do not collect card numbers. Stripe does, under its own privacy policy, and we receive only the confirmation that the payment succeeded.
The lease and the order record are deleted 30 days after the lease is generated. Until then you can retrieve the PDF with the order number on your Stripe receipt. A payment that never produced a lease is kept only so the paid session can be matched to the form, and is not used for anything else.
The lease is stored on the server that runs this site and is not sold, shared, or used to train anything. Stripe sees the payment amount and the product name, which is "Residential lease, individual tenant" or "Residential lease, company tenant", and nothing from the lease itself.
Once you download the PDF it is yours, and deleting our copy does not delete yours. Keep it somewhere you control. Anyone who has your Stripe order number can download the lease during the 30 days, so treat the receipt the way you would treat the lease.
